Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at King Chocolate. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We take special care to ensure our chocolate arrives in perfect condition. During warm weather months (typically May through September), all orders containing chocolate are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to protect them from melting. We may also restrict shipping to specific days of the week to avoid packages sitting in transit over a weekend.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
King Chocolate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier to investigate. King Chocolate cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
